Your function will be assigned an Event Coordinator with whom advance planning sessions will be scheduled at your convenience. Your move-in, move-out, and event hours will be coordinated and scheduled by The Center's staff.
Only the Preferred Caterers of The Center have the ability to furnish food and beverages for your meal function. Our caterers offer a wide range of cuisine and can accommodate all price ranges. Click here

The Center's In-House company, Audio Techni Services, can handle any audio/visual or sound need you may require. Arrangements can be made directly through The Center or by calling Audio Techni Services at 217/585-8855.
Free wireless high speed Internet is now available at The Center. Hard line fiber hook ups available in meeting rooms and main hall upon request.

Please call your Event Coordinator for additional equipment rentals and to confirm availability and rental rates in advance of your event.
The Center's facility contracts require special event insurance for all events in the Main Hall. The insurance requirements are for a comprehensive general liability policy with The Center as the "additional named insured". The necessary minimum requirements are for a $1,000,000.00 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage liability. Please note this insurance does not provide coverage for event participants.
Exhibitions and trade shows at The Center must have a decorating service. The Center does not provide booth curtain, tables, chairs, or carpeting for trade shows. Many shows use Excel Decorators, Inc., Best Expo, Inc., or Peoria Flag & Drape. All three businesses have extensive knowledge of the building.
